In this video, the author show the step by step coding of testing the reliability. And he also Demonstrate that when the item is in reverse (5 should be 1, 4 should be 2, 3 remains 3, 2 should be 4 and 1 should be 5), researcher should use the "recoded 6-xxx" to get valid result of the Cronbach's Alpha.
